Dilled Zucchini recipe
Ingredients:
3 medium zucchinis, halved lengthways.
1 tablespoon of butter, melted.
¼ teaspoon of dill weed.
Salt and pepper, to taste.
Preparation Instructions:
Place the zucchini in a skillet and cover with water.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Cook for 12-14 minutes until tender.
Drain; then brush with the butter.
Sprinkle with dill, salt and pepper.
